Key Terms

• You must be 13+ and use the app lawfully.
• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of meeting summaries.
• You are responsible for the content you upload.
• LoopNote Meet may suspend service for abuse or misuse.
• You must comply with Google's Terms of Service when using Google Calendar integration.

Google Calendar Integration

When you connect your Google Calendar to LoopNote Meet:

• You authorize us to access your calendar data for the sole purpose of displaying events in our application
• We will only use your calendar data to provide the calendar integration features you requested
• We will not use your calendar data for advertising, AI training, or any other purpose
• You can disconnect your Google Calendar at any time through your account settings
• We comply with Google's Limited Use restrictions and OAuth 2.0 policies

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability.

Data and Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We implement security measures to protect your information, but no system is completely secure. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with third-party services including Google OAuth, Clerk authentication, Cloudinary, and Recall.ai. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

Changes to Terms

This agreement is subject to change. Continued use means you accept updates. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notifications.
